Poetry from the book {Bunny Hop} by Artist Troy Richard Thomas

Were down in the world sitting in despair

Where can you go, what can you be

The good ship Nina picks me up and takes me for a ride around the world

I don't want to be with people who destroy and conform

Mass destruction of the mind through constant messages / words and pictures

Following the path of the fiberglass people

She screams out to the ocean ," can somebody be awakening!"

A child peering into a blue bucket on the beach with the pink shovel

Take a ride on life, sometimes it ends in peril, but play it safe and what have you gained

Playing in the long grass, it makes you giggle and laugh

The super hero wraps the bad guy on the chin

There is nothing here that makes you want to live

No Wilderness, No water, No life

In a twirl around your Father swings you

A pool of misfortune heals you

Mother hustles us across the prairie amid a stormy night

The lightning strikes and illuminates a big cat eating and dragging a hooker deeper into the darkness

The lightning starts a fire that twists and turns like a worm

We gather around the fireplace and stay warm, and eat Jiffy popcorn.
